Tap Sourcing S.L. provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Somatic and nervous-system-based coaching
  • Breathwork sessions
  • Leadership programs
  • Retreats and in-person events
  • Digital products (courses, recordings, educational materials)
  • Free and paid online content and newsletters

All services are provided for personal and professional development purposes only.

3. No Medical, Psychological, or Therapeutic Treatment

Although the founder has a background in psychology, the services offered by Tap Sourcing S.L. are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or healthcare services.

The services:

  • Do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions
  • Do not replace therapy, medical advice, or professional healthcare
  • Are not intended for crisis intervention

Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

4. Eligibility and Client Responsibility

By using the services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing
  • You disclose relevant health information when requested, particularly for breathwork sessions or retreats

Tap Sourcing S.L. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if participation is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Bookings and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise
  • Payment must be completed before access to paid services or digital products is granted
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers

Tap Sourcing S.L. does not store full payment or credit card details.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Coaching Sessions

  • Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

Digital Products

  • Are non-refundable once access or delivery has occurred

Programs, Retreats and Events

  • Have separate cancellation and refund policies, communicated at the time of booking

No refunds are provided for missed sessions or unused services unless required by Spanish consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Tap Sourcing S.L., including website content, written materials, audio, video, frameworks, and digital products, is the intellectual property of Tap Sourcing S.L.

Content may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Personal information shared during coaching sessions, programs, or retreats is treated confidentially.

Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Participation is at your own risk
